Heart Healthy Cardio – This class is moderate cardio workout, designed to condition the heart and lungs, while gently increasing endurance and energy. Challenge yourself in a safe fun environment!
Strong Muscles Strong Bones – Lack of strength training equals loss of bone mass. This fun weight training class that will challenge you as you age. Experience the difference in balance and strength as you continue to lift weights in a controlled atmosphere.
Senior Sit-n-Fit – This senior chair class is designed to work on balance, agility, strength and flexibility while seated in a chair. Using a walker? No problem, come join this happy group and feel young at heart as you move and grove with various exercise options.
Cycling – Participants cycle together for an amazing overall body workout. Get ready to sweat and burn calories. Bring a towel and water, you’ll need it.
Bike Pump – Join Dustin for a complete sweaty, circuit workout combining elements of group cycling and weight training. BIKE PUMP will be held Wednesday nights from 5:45-6:45. Space maybe limited so come early and get set up ASAP!
Pilates – This is a classic mat Pilates class which promotes strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness. You will sculpt a leaner, tighter body in a controlled non-impact class, plus improve core strength and coordination. All levels welcome.
Interval Step – This interval-based class combines 3 minutes of cardio step work with 1 minute of full-body strength training. No choreography. All levels welcome.
