Dustin Brown – Staff & Personal Trainer

Bio:
I have fallen in love with exercising since my early teenage years. Those days were spent in the basement blasting loud music and adding little by little more weights, equipment and literature to my basement gym. My deep rooted love of exercise led me to graduate from West Liberty State College in Wheeling, WV, with an Exercise Physiology degree in 2003.
I have been a personal trainer for Total Fitness since the fall of 2003. I got my feet wet by teaching classes that I created. Mostly weightlifting circuit classes but there were also AB classes and Group Cycling classes. I later got certified as a Fitness Boxing Instructor teaching group classes the fun of boxing, especially when you’re not getting hit. In 2006, I had the honor of training my boss, Carol, for 4 ½ months to get in shape for her pictures for her 50th birthday. The results were fantastic and her pictures alone drives business my way. I have been apart of 15 weight loss & fitness contests helping 135 gym members’ get healthier, harder, leaner, and stronger bodies.
I have enjoyed personal training and pushing people in their quest for fitness and strength. Anyone who workouts with me knows that they are going to get a very intense workout with new cutting edge lifting techniques to get the most out of your body. I also handle supplement orders for Total Fitness and advise members inquiring what supplements and nutrition would help them reach their goals. I also devour any nutritional nugget that I can get my hands on and I take courses on applying nutrition to get the best performance out you body and help get the body you want.
